With any website development there needs to be some structure and guidance to the overall process otherwise it becomes very easy to become overwhelmed. For this reason the Going Square team have developed a Website Planner to help guide our clients through a structured series of information gathering, evaluation and decision making steps.

It typically will not take any longer than a couple of hours depending on how prepared you are beforehand, size of the website envisioned and the package selected. Some things we ask people to do prior to meeting is to have:

• Thought about what you are wanting to achieve with your website
• Captured details on any existing online presence areas you may have
• Thought about and collated the content you have or want on the website, including images, documents, product details as well as textual content.
