Support

There will be occasions when implementing an online presence you will need additional support with administrating and updating your Shopify or Squarespace website.

While each package comes with a preset hours to help you get started and the tools and knowledge to keep your site going sometimes you will need more.

We have found this usually occurs for the following reasons:

  • You purchased a package and you need Going Square to update or upload some content to your site

  • You just can't work out why something isn't working

  • You need advice on how to use or implement a feature

  • You require additional training

  • You need guidance on how to put a strategy in place

  • You need help in writing content and blog posts

To assist clients with these and other issues we offer a support package. The package is sold in prepaid 5 hour blocks at

  • $550 AUD per block for remote support

OR

  • $600 AUD per block plus GST for on-site support (Adelaide metro area only)

Note: All support hours purchased are valid from 6 months of purchase.
